Bearing Resources Ltd. ("Bearing" or the "Company") (TSX-V Symbol BRZ.V) reports that the Company has granted an aggregate of 800,000 incentive stock options to the Company's directors and officers (the "Options") at an exercise price of $0.05 per Option. The Options have a term of five years and vest immediately. The Options are granted in accordance with the Company's Incentive Stock Option Plan last approved by shareholders on June 11, 2014. The grant of the Options is subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
