Bearing Announces Warrant Repricing

Vancouver, British Columbia - Bearing Lithium Corp. (“Bearing” or the “Company”) (TSX Venture:BRZ) (OTCQB:BLILF) announces the Company's intent to reprice an aggregate of 4,268,500 outstanding share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) issued pursuant to two private placement financings that closed on January 27, 2020 and February 3, 2020, with Warrant expiration dates of July 27, 2021 and August 3, 2021.

The Warrants are to be repriced from $0.18 to $0.135, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”). Any insiders of the Company who participated as to more than 10% in the financing in which the Warrants were issued will be subject to a limit of 10% of their holdings being repriced on a pro rata basis in accordance with the policies of the Exchange. All other terms of the Warrants will remain unchanged.
